Due to the nature of our products being personal, all sales are final. We can not accept returned merchandise. If there is a problem with your order please let us know within 7 days after receiving it and we can help resolve any issues. Although we can not accept returns, we are sometimes able to work with reimbursement for defective merchandise.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our products are handcrafted and soaps take 4 weeks to cure. We will let you know if something is out of stock or waiting to dry once the order is placed. These items can be substituted or you may wait until they are completed. Generally orders take 5-7 business days to fill but during holiday season may take 10 to 12. We are a small family farm business, only run by my husband and I. We only use high quality ingredients and do not substitute if our own suppliers are out of stock, as well.
